Here for You: COVID-19 Update
We wanted to take the opportunity to update you on our response to the current situation with Covid-19. As of 03/17, we have taken the following steps/precautions to help protect our employees, customers and community:
– We have postponed non-essential travel and client meetings outside of the office for the next 7 days, however we will be available by phone and email.
– We are allowing employees the option of working remotely when possible, and they will continue to have the capability to answer your policy and billing questions. We have leveraged the capability of our phone system so they may continue to be reached via their direct phone line; which will be forwarded to their cell phone. – Our plan is to remain open, however we are asking customers to pay bills online whenever possible, and are asking that you avoid trips to our lobby during this time. We have the capability to process these payments over the phone as well.
We will continue to monitor CDC and government guidance, and appreciate your understanding. We will continue to provide updates as the situation evolves. We stand ready to assist, and wish you and yours the best of health.
